  New version of PSI POINT  

This interface allows to configure the time attendance's machine: its IP address, its name and its number. PSI POINT V3.3, allows to manage many time attendance‘s machines and their type of connection. Every machine must be identified in a unique way: @IP, Name and number. The correction of the date of one of the fingerprint machines is done remotely by pressing the associated button. The add, the modification or the delete are each associated with a specific button.

To add a fingerprint machine fill in the name field of the machine and the IP address (fields of your address must match to the addressing of your network). Press on the add button to add your new fingerprint machine.

To modify, delete a fingerprint machine select the questioning machine, enter the new parameters and press on the convenient button.

The correction of the terminal hourly is possible by clicking on the press.

All changes will be considered after the restart of your software

In general the year of work is divided on many periods, where the enter and exit hours and the during of the work varies depending on these periods. Each period is specified by a code, a designation and finally a statement of start and exit dates. The add, the delete and/or the periods' modification is simple, you need to click on the wanted button.

Periods of work will serve us on the management of calendars which will be fixed depending on these periods.

To modify a period informations you must select a period, enter the new parameters and press on modify.

 

   

In this window, you will state the work's groups, the associated codes, and the specific hourly of work for each group. It's very important to signal that each group is identified by a unique chosen color (click on the representation box), that allows a simple identification view of groups. The declared hourly fields depend on periods of work ( P1,P2,P3 etc) .This task must be done each time when you add a new group of work. To add a new work's group, you need to press on add. To delete you need to press on delete.

Press on add to add a new group of work, fill in the following fields:

      • Group of work's name
      • Representation
      • group's code
      • Type

The random option allows to manage persons who come to work on a flextime of day in a fixed hourly groups. These persons must be part from a seperate hourly.

 

 

PSPSI POINT V3.3 is a version which allows to manage many companies at the same time .At your first reach, you must create the desired companies. The number of companies to manage by your software is not limited.

At the first use, any company is registered, for that; you must enter a company at least. An automatic creation of necessary bases is launched in the background.

Enter a company code, Choose the name of your company, press on the add button to add a new company.

To delete a company: select the wanted company and press on delete.

 

 

To enter the staff of your company press on the button new from the toolbar:

1.Identification Tab

Fill in fields matricule , name ,firstname ,sex ,date of birth, place of birth, civil state, address, nationality, phone, fax, presence privilege, active(fields marked on star are obligatory).

N.B: The field of presence privilege gives to its user the presence privilege even he doesn't present his pointing on the fingerprint machine.

N.B: the active field got the value no if we want to ignore an employee's time attendance even he pointed on the fingerprint machine.

2.Tab of Time attendance data

Fill in the fields fingerprint Id, function, service, qualification, type, hourly group, weekly holiday 1, weekly holiday 2, Auto overtime, supervision

  • Fingerprint Id

the fingerprint ID is the employee's number affected on the terminal, once the identifiant is attributed to an employee we couldn't change it, because it is considered as an unique identifiant and a key for this employee.

  • Function

It represents the employee's function. We can add many functions by going to the menu “database” then Functions management.

  • Direction

It represents the direction to which belongs the employee, the choice of directions is very important in the printing filters .The add of a direction is done directly by going to the menu database then Directions Management.

  • Service

It represents the service to which belongs an employee, the choice of services is very important in the printing filters. For each direction we can find many services.

The add of a service could be done by going to the menu database then Services Management.

  • Qualification

Just choose a qualification for each employee.

The add of a qualification is directly done by going to the menu of database then Qualifications Management.

  • Type

Choose between the random or the periodic type.

  • Hourly group

Choose the corresponding Work's Group.

  • Weekly Holiday 1

Choose the principal weekly holiday for the employee (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc...)

  • Weekly Holiday 2

Choose a second weekly holiday in the week if the employee has 2 days of remaining.

  • Authorization of overtime

The authorization of the employee to make an overtime gives the right for each employee to a number of calculated hours in the difference of his theorical weekly hours.

  • Supervision

The employee is marked ‘'supervisor'' must do a round controler system :this is pointing on the fingerprint machine for a chosen period by your self. The result will be displayed in the menu Time attendance then Employees Supervision.

3. Data management tab

Fill in the fields insurance N°, account N°, Bank, Agency, Familial position, Contract N, Enter date, Ending contract. Fields beginning contract and ending contract will serve to signal to us the expired contracts in the utility Contract Management which will be displayed when the application restart.

4. Tab other…

This tab allows us to view the complementary informations about the study level, last diploma, place and date of identity card, passport.

New, Delete, Modify, Apply, Cancel, Last, Next, Print, Search, the toolbar of employees management allows to manipulate as possible on a database:

1. New: Already dealed (see in the top of this page)

2. Delete To delete an employee press on button Search, search as your choice exp: name, firstname, matricule, fingerprint ID, select the employee. Double click: you find his detailed that could be deleted or modified.

3. Modify: For modifying a detailed informations.

4. Apply: For applying the new detailed data.

5. Cancel : For cancelling changes.

6. Last/Next: For surfing on detailed mode.

7. Print: For printing the employees list.

8. Search: For searching

9. Close

 

 
 

Click on new to create a new user, the field group may reach to many options.
