  • How manage holidays type ?

    The management of holidays type is a data base of existant holidays types in the company.

     

    To add a new holiday's type, edit the designation, during and the code, finally click on ‘'Add''. For showing the holidays' types or print them just click on ‘'print''.

     

    To modify or delete an enter select it and press on delete or modify.

    To manage your Holidays balance just affect balances for each employee.Click on the diamonds near to employee.Enter the matricule, the name, or the firstname, and select it in the textfield in the bottom.Choose holiday's type to which you would affect the balance. Choose the corresponding exercise (example from 01/01/2007 to 31/12/2007), indicate the balance then click on save.

         

     

    To modify an enter select it, enter the new informations and press on Modify.

    It allows the seizure, the modification and the add of employees holidays.

    To affect a holiday for an employee, click on the diamonds on the left of employee's field.

    Enter the matricule , the name, or the firstname , and select it in the bottom textfield.

    Choose the period of Holiday between the start and ending date, the day's number will be calculated automatically, (you can also change the displayed number), mention if the holiday is payed or not (all informations will serve in the calcul of monthly recap ), mention also the during of work by day which will be took for the calcul of the daily hour of a holiday's day, and click to affect.

    This trust of holiday touch directly the balance of this employee and calcul next the remaining balance (this balance may got a negative value which the employee must check it next)
