Cette interfaceThis interface allows to configure the machine of time attendance: its IP address, its name, and its number. PSI POINT V3.3, allows to manage many attendance‘s machines and their type of connection. Every machine must be identified in a unique way: @IP, Name and number. The correction of the date of one of the fingerprint machine is done remotely by pressing the associated buton. The add , the modification or the delete are each associated with a specific bouton.

To add a fingerprint machine fill in the name field of the machine and the IP address( fields of your address must match to the addressing of your network). Press on the add bouton to add your new fingerprint machine.
PouTo modify, delete a fingerprint machine select the questioning machine, enter the new parameters and press on the right bouton. The correction of the terminal hourly is possible by clicking on the press.
All changes will be considered after the restart of your software

As it is called this windows allows to parameterize the company's informations in the printed headers. To insert your header fill in the 6 corresponding fields as it is indicated in the bottom.
The tab responsable indicates the name of the responsable.
The tab Import/export indicates the path of the file to import. Files of import are text files established by the module of import after the extract of informations of terminals. it serves as tools of save of all events realized on the fingerprint machine.

The management of time attendance's parameters must do the object of big attention, parameters to enter will serve on the calculation of hourly's work
- Time attendance tolerance
The tolerance of delay is a time interval calculated at the enter and it gives to the employee the right to be presented to his work without exceeding the threshold, Each event exceed the threshold of delay punishes the employee by appearing in the list of delayers ( delay state )
- Early departure Tolerance
The tolerance of early departure is an interval calculated at the exit and gives the right to the employee to exit his work without exceeding the threshold, the irrespect of this condition give automatically punish to the employee by assigning him in the list of employees that leave their jobs before the prescribed schedule ( early departure state )
The interval time of exit is a threshold since which overtimes are calculated.

The maximum time of work is an essential parameter that serves to proceed the anomaly: an enter is followed by an exit as the next instruction comes before the maximum time of work, exceeding this threshold the instruction is considered as an enter.

It gives the possibility to make borough on calculated results in the recap, so the total of calculated hours of work will be boroughed as the wanted method of calculation

Click on new to create a new user. The field group allows to many options.
|

We need to backup each time that database has an exceed of capacity, or backup of previous tasks.
For that, fill in the name of the copy (after chosen your driver). Choose between the two options yes and no after initialise the database or not.
Cancel it's for cancelling the backup.
Becareful: if you initialise your database, the employees list and calendars will be started at zero.
